Sky Q switches off

Just lately we will be watching a programme either live or recorded and the blue Q starts circling and screen goes blank my box is well ventilated it used to be a short time and the restart would come on now it's off for quite a while even after un plugging  any ideas would be great thanks

Check the Standby setting.
