Sky Q stuck in restart loop

Last night when turning TV and Sky on, all I see is the Hello (in Black background)  message then it blacks out and then Hello message with Blue background. It blacks out again and after a few minutes the cycle starts again. I tried everything I could find online - turning off at the wall, restarting the internet, initiating a software update, but nothing seems to work.

I turned it off from the mains overnight and tried again this morning but exactly the same thing.

Appreciate any help please

Thanks - tried all that and not working - have engineer coming tomorrow to hopefully resolve
