Sky Q minibox not receiving signal from Sky Q main box.

Lost signal to Sky Q minibox. Have tried following reactivating process several times but sticks on step 2 and will not go any further.

Also have a spongy Sky Q remote which no longer functions correctly. ( Not batteries )

Hi @cooden+12 Try cleaning your remote buttons with a slightly damp cloth, making sure all the buttons are free.

Then try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?
