Sky Q streaming - crashes when playing

When playing anything that is streamed (app, netflix, or recorded show etc) the main box just jumps back to whatever was selected last on TV guides. Sometimes this happens 10 times in 10 mins and sometimes 1 in an hour or even longer. I think the Hard drive is knackered to be honest. I have re started the Q box which helps it a bit but still crap.. Let me know Hak

Does sound like a knackered box. You have any other hard drive symptoms like recordings playing up?
