Sky Q signal issues
I had Sky Q installed a few months ago. We have a communal dish in our block of flats. Everything was fine except for the UHD channels which would flicker every few seconds.
Recently, for the last couple of months, we have been suffering intermittent signal issues where some channels would have the blue screen and other channels would be pixelated. This would last for a few hours and then go back to working properly. This happens several times a day and it is always the same channels that stop working. The rest of the channels would work fine without any issues throughout the day.
Any ideas on what could be causing the issue?
Thanks

Communal systems are quite complex, but it sounds to me like the dish is slightly out of alignement or being blown by the wind. Have you asked any of your neighbours if they are having the same problem? You'd need to go through your management company if there is a common fault with the dish.
