Hi I have set up a second sky Q box and under settings it says it's connected to main box & connected to internet but when we try to download or go on to a app it says That we need to connect to the internet? Any ideas on a way to solve please ? As we can only watch live Tv at the moment thank you for your help

Assume this is a Sky Q mini?
Try a Network Reset found in mini box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect to nearest Q device (main Q Box or Sky Router).
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box. (Not on the mini as the mini WPS will start automatically with the Network reset)
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box
