Multi box

I ordered another box to use in another room but it never arrived and i've started paying an extra £10 a month

I suspect two different things.

 

if you already had a multiroom sub then there's no additional monthly costs for another box (just a one-off charge for admin etc.)

 

The £10 increase is likely to be the annual price increase.

 

Contact Sky to chase up the box...

@Joe+BickYou will have to phone Sky however there is only one multi room subscription needed regardless of how many mini boxes you have. There is a fee of £50 as a one off payment per mini box but you still don't own them.

@Joe+Bick When you ordered another box did you just order multiroom (as currently that is reduced to £10 per month) if so did you actually order another box.

Just ordering the multiroom subscription doesn't always come with a mini box you would need to have paid the additional charge for the mini box currently £50 and it would need to have physically been ordered.
