Re: Sky Q return request when still in contract

I cancelled braised band at end of contract and returned router with email confirmation from Sky that it had been received. Took out new Sky TV contract and now they are demanding QBox is returned?? Does the right hand not talk to the left hand???

@Moosehead
I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

This link explains the process.

Re: Sky Q return request when still in contract

I've tried to chat on line but it all takes too long when I have to work myself.
I have checked my account and my TV package has been renewed so take it that this is an internal issue that I do not need to spend any more time on.

Not necessarily. If the requests continue you will have to ask for another chat invite on this thread or call Sky. The current chat invite will close automatically if you cease engaging.

You don't have to  respond during work hours.
