Sky Q reset

When I try and reset my Sky Q box by the hidden menu, settings the 001 nothing happens, can anyone help please

Hi @JJ1522   A bit drastic to reset your box, any particular reason why? It is move down to Settings (don't select), key in 0 0 1 Select.
