Sky Q reset pin

Hi all, for some reason my pin got my sky q is not working today, I thought I'd reset it to change it anyway for the new year. If I enter my last 4 digits of my account it's saying incorrect which isn't true.. Can anyone advise as no idea what's going on with it

@Kazmataz123 on Q the pin is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card worth trying that ?

Yep but I changed that number years ago I've managed to do it now anyway. Apparantly all I needed to go onto website and change it there. So all sorted now.. Thanks for help
