Sky Q remote won't control JVC LT-32CR230, tried all offerred codes on screen but none work.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi

I had the same problem - a post suggested identifying the tv as Roku not JVC. when selecting the tv brand. Tried that and it worked a treat. What little hair I have can now feel safe......
