Sky Q remote replacement

I filled in the remote control replacement form for a skyQ remote on July 13th. Got en email back saying the replacement will be with me within 3-5 working days. We are now Monday 29th July and still no remote. 

 

I also put an email in 4 days ago to customer service regarding the replacement. I have had no reply. 

Trying to get hold of sky is a pain, especially when you have a toddler to look after. 

 

What can I do?

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the ordering one you’ll have a spare.

My tv remote is not working. I have changed the batteries and still not working thank you.

After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (there is the possibility this is not available to customers in the ROI).

In the meantime it may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.
