Hi @Cheryl314 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, do the same with any Mini boxes?

Re: MR004

@Cheryl314

On the mini box go to Settings > Connection to Sky Q Box > Re-activate

If that doesn't work reboot your Main Q Box, when it comes back on go to Settings > Watch on Sky Q Mini > Re-activate

Should sort it

Re: MR004

Hello,

The above recommendations are good. If none works. Check whether your Sky Viewing Card has not popped out slightly.

Push the card back in and follow the process again.
