Sky Q remote randomly beeping

The Sky Q remote keeps randomly beeping on its own. I've checked the batteries and they are fine. Any ideas?

Hi @SH202405   It could be a dodgy switch on the main Sky Q box or random Bluetooth interference. Press the centre button on the box (blue circle) and see if it is the same beep.

It is the same beep as if pressing the blue circle on the box.
