Sky Q red button not working

Had Sky Q a few weeks now. I cannot access the US Open tennis on the red button. just keeps saying This app is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Tried switching box off at mains, did an update on box and checked my broadband connection, nothing seems to work. I can however access this via Sky go on my phone

OK Guys, I've sorted this for me by following the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks

  ... in particular, the "Refresh your apps" step:

 

On Sky Q:

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
  2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
  3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

 

.... I got to the 'Your apps are being refreshed' message and left it doing its thing for a while

    .... when I got fed-up with that I tried returning to normal viewing and found that the screen had frozen

       ... so I had to power down again

            ... but when it all came back up, my red button was working !!!!!!!!!
