I am connected wifi but cannot connect to my account - there is no login screen

What are you trying to do as it isn't clear where or what you are trying to login to ?

I am trying to set up my sky box but it says cannot connect to account - please try again,  so i click on that and i just get a blue screen with a partial libe and it sits there for hours.

When you go back tobthe begging it sats 'sign in'. 

Ive been doing this since 4pm. Ive rang all the numbers but cant get anyone - it will have cost me a lot in phone calls.
