Tonight I was watching the footie on Sky via the Red Button. Suddenly a message was saying there was a techivical issue try later. Internet was working for all gadgets in the house. However the main Sky Q Box was not connecting to the internet. I reset by highlighting that the router was non Sky. However I noticed the Router Showin,g which it was trying to connect was a Sky Router xxxxx. Unable to clear and stating it was connected but no broadband connection. Also one of the Sky Mini's is now stating unable to connect to the main server. All the ethernet cables are lit at various connection points in rooms and garage.. Sky Q was a disaster when set up wirelessly but via internet has been great until today. Any ideas? Is it something Sky can clear remotely.
