Netflix requesting payment

On Friday we were given a free 4 month Netflix trial by Sky.  However when I go onto the App on Sky Q it keeps asking us for payment details?  It didn't do this on the previous trial.  Netflix claim that Sky haven't updated my account and to contact Sky.  Can anyone help, please? Thanks.
