Sky Q only displaying HD channels

Hi

Not sure if this is a variation on a theme. Sky Q is only showing HD channels in the schedule. Have rebooted but no cigar. Wouldn't be a problem for me, but er indoors watches a lot of dross on other channels.

Should I try another reboot before ringing India?

Apologies- given duff gen. It seems channels have just been reordered by category. Is there a way to go back to number sequence?

Hi @hapazard2  

The TV Guide in Home menu should give you all the Options.

ie

Sky Box Office

Radio

New series 

Favorites

All Channels

etc

etc
