Sky Q not working since March

Totally had enough.  After 26 years I am

leaving, as Sky Q will not work with the latest EE routers. Apparently a know fault.  I have had 4 new boxes, 4 engineer visits, over 20 hours on the phone and it still doesn't work. 

The last engineer told me this is a common fault!!

 

 

Sky upgrade system will not accept my order as my account has a fault on it!  The fault has not stoped the payments system taking over £700

innmonthly subscriptions between March and October.  

 

The offer of compensation is £93 from Sky, although I have paid over £700

for something that doesn't work!!

 

#Anna Cook Director Customer Services Sky, board member at the Institute of Customer Services take note that this isn't good enough!! 

maybe take some personal interest and give me a call.  I will tell you how poor things really are!

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are anyway.

@Big_Rob what problem are you having as there was a problem with some EE routers where trying to connect by ethernet was causing disconnection it seem the EE router was the problem in cases like these
