Sky Q not working after lightning

My Sky Q box is not working after a lightning storm last night.

the internet / WiFi is fine through sky broadband but sky Q will not turn on. Not sure if it was some kind of power surge.

May need a new box or router, would I need to contact Sky for an engineer to come out?

if so does anyone have a direct contact number to speak to someone to arrange this?

Have you tried another electrical device in the plug socket the Sky box is attached to?
