Yes. Voice control remotes have been issued as standard with Sky Q and mini boxes for at least 6 years (based on the age of my boxes).

Only the very fisrt remotes issued with SKY Mini boxes were not Voice control capable, all main box remotes and after the first couple of years, mini box remotes have been voice control capable.
To use voice control, the remote must be paired in bluetooth mode (standard pairing does this) but only one remote can be in bluetooth mode & thus voice control with a box
