Sky Q not connecting to internet

my sky Q box won't connect to Eir broadband via Wi-Fi. I have contacted the internet provider. They have run tests and a reset and cannot find an issue. The sky box is connected to the router but there is an x next to connect to internet. I have reset the sky Q but no joy..

Try changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1
