Sky Q no signal input
My Sky Q box keeps coming up with no signal. Ive tried moving to a different HDMI port but it still keeps happening. The problem resolves when i turn it off at the mains switch but dont want to have to do that every time. Any ideas? Box is only a couple of years old (3 max) had the previous one for many years. All cables are fine - no damage.

Re: Sky Q no signal input
Hi @MrsCP "No signal" is a message from your TV, not the Sky Q box. Or do your mean "No satellite signal"?

Re: Sky Q no signal input
Thank you, so is it a problem with the tv? It says 'No signal input' turning just the Q box off at the wall and on again fixes it so presumed it was the box.

Re: Sky Q no signal input
@MrsCP
”No signal” messages tend to be generated from your TV and normally means your TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.

Re: Sky Q no signal input
Thank you. I have tried different HDMI ports in the tv and it still happens. I thought it was the box as turning it off and on at the mains fixes the issue. Just annoying as we are used to leaving it on all the time.
