Sky q box
Maximum number of sky q mini boxes already in use. I have 3 only use 2 at a time. If the downstairs ones are on (2) it's fine. Switch 1 off the one upstairs comes up with the above message but there is only 1 on

hi @Holly5-
Needless to say, providing the one is properly placed in standby then this shouldn't really happen
Initially I suggest you try the following:
The first thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :
Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on each of the mini boxes.
