Sky Q no internet connection

None of my Sky boxes will connect to the internet. I have been online for work all day so I know my internet is working. Tried all the recommended steps but stopped working yesterday.

I've just come here to say the same thing. Nothing will resolve it. Have you got anywhere?

Exactly the same here. All other devices working but no connection with Sky

Got an engineer visit booked but not until 9th September!!
