Sky Q multiroom

I recently had to change my router. I have reconnected Sky Q on my main TV but I cannot get my multi room box in my kitchen to do anything. It will not connect and the remote will not let me connect to anything (and yes I have tried switching off everything, changed batteries in my remote). It's like there is no connection between the remote and the box. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you have a message on the mini regarding Accessibility ?

 

If so, this message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:
Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together

If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times. Once reset the remote must have line of sight of the mini until re-paired

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV

 

 

If you don't have a message regarding accessibillity then  may be you just need to reset & Repair the remote - see the later steps I mention above
