Sky Q mini boxes pixilated picture and loss of sound

Hi, my sky q mini boxes are losing sound and the picture becomes pixilated. I have reset connections to the main box and updated software but this hasn't helped

Update - Spoken to @TonyP and after a few troubleshooting steps, the issue has been resolved 🙂
