Sky Q box not working
Hi, my Sky Q box isn't working. The message on the screen reads "Retrieving data. The content is coming soon. Please wait a moment."
Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried powering it off and back on again?
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes I have tried that and no joy. Do you know if there's a way I can speak to a member of staff about it?
