Sky Q mini boxes not showing seperate programming

We have 2 mini boxes and they've been fine since set up but now they will only show the same programmes. We've rebooted them both but it hasn't worked. Any ideas?

Have you rebooted the main Q box too?

Yes, my husband did. He's not here and the kids are driving me nuts! IS it worth trying again? Is it both boxes and do I simply unplug and wait then plug back in?
