Loose cable
we live at 22 N. Road, and the house at number 20 has had sky fitted within the last six months and the cable to the skybox is hanging lowacross our bedroom windows. we have been in touch with BT open reach and they say it is down to sky to sort it. Can you please let us know what action you are prepared to take to rectify this problem for your customer who have been Sky customers for over 20 years.

We are just fellow Sky customers on this forum. You will need to ring Sky to request support for this.
