Sky Q mini box

My main sky Q box is working but my mini boxes have stopped working. Connected to main box and connected to Internet. Booster hubs with 3 greens etc. When I click on any program it says there's a problem with my subscription. Engineers have come out 3 times and each time I get a message a few minutes before they arrive cancelling. I have checked my subscription which is all up to date since I have had Sky since 1995 and cannot get any help from Sky. I have even filed formal complaints with customer services but no response! What on earth has happened to a once great service

3 appointments. First time sent a message 5 minutes before 5pm before the 12 to 5pm window ended saying they were not coming. Gave me a new time of 8am to 1pm and didn't turn up and then another appointment 12 to 5pm ans again didn't turn up. All recorded ans all evidence sent in a formal complaint.
