Since this morning none of my 3 mini boxes are working, they say no sat signal. Internet is fine, can't access any channels or recording but can access apps
the main Skye box is working and has sat signal, but it cannot access recordings, or manage recordings, so I can't see how much storage remaining. But I know we are nowhere near the max on it.
I have spent over 3hrs in the phone today and spoken to 3 different people and no one can help.
final person suggested biz is still and this why but I know it is nowhere near full 🤷♀️
I have given up and am leaving it until tmrw to see if it's connected to today's issues.
if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. Everything has been power rebooted in various diff orders several times!

Cant record or download so does seem to be problem with HDD. Is this likely to be correct or might it resolve when sky sort today's issues out?
Hi @tnthfc
Looks like you may have a Hard drive issue.
Work through the following link

If you have to order a new Q box this usually means a doorstep swap.
Don’t forget to keep your viewing card from the failed box if you order a replacement.
Also if the box you are replacing is a 2TB there are two versions of power supply. One has a standard C7 (figure of eight) power lead socket in the back of the Q box. The other has a separate power supply. Although this still has the C7 power lead into the power supply there is a multi pin Din power socket in the Q box for connecting the power supply. Make sure that the replacement box has the power supply included if the Q box has the orange coded multi pin din socket in the back of the Q box. See below.
