Sky Q mini box

I have added UHD so I get HD channels as well ,but for some reason the HD channels aren't working on mini box and won't allow me to watch any recordings that are in HD on the mini box . Main box is fine ?

The UHD subscription does not include HD.  Do you have HD sub?

The mini box does not support UHD - is this the issue you're having?

All sorted all I had to do was unplug mini box from the mains for 39 seconds and once it rebooted it was fine . Thanks for the replies
