Sky Q mini box not working there's a message on top of my screen saying.
Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. Otherwise if you're using this box for the first time please wait a few minutes.
its been like this for 2 hours any help would be appreciated thanks

Are you perhaps trying to watch something in UHD (not possible on a mini box) or in HD without the HD add on?

Are you perhaps trying to watch something in UHD (not possible on a mini box) or in HD without the HD add on?

Try a power cycle of the mini box first.
If that doesn't work you may need to power cycle the main box as well.

No I'm not trying to watch anything in uhd none of the channels are working

Try a reboot of your broadband, then do a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.
