Sky Q mini box

Why is it that every 12-14 days my mini box stops allowing me to watch tv  - telling me to check that my subscription allows me to watch on this box?

My subscription is fine and everything still works on the sky Q box downstairs. 

Have had 3 engineers, 1 new mini box and endless phone calls to sky since November. 

Im at my wits end.

Hi @sharon+moreland 

Remove your Viewing card

If it is in correctly there is not enough of it sticking out to grip and remove it.

Push it fully in and it will pop out slightly enough so you can remove it.
Give the chip a wipe with a damp lint free cloth.

Make sure it it completely dry before you reinsert it.
Make sure that it goes in chip side up and chip end in first. Push it gently fully in and you should feel a slight click when it is engaged. If it has popped out enough to remove it is not located correctly.

If you still have the same issue try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback
