Sky Q mini box won’t work

My sky Q box displaying message " you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes. Your screen will shortly go blank please do not switch off " it has been like that for over 20 minutes

@Lolly2505 have you tried using the reset button on the back of the mini box and holding it in until the light flashes red on the front ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
