Hi
Recently purchased another Sky Mini box to add to my set up without realising that my main Sky Q box only allows for one extra mini box to be added. This messed up my network which I have now rectified. Would it be possible to return and have a refund. Please advise way forward.

Are you saying you have an older box that only supports one concurrent mini?
