Sky Q mini box, return and refund

Hi

Recently purchased another Sky Mini box to add to my set up without realising that my main Sky Q box only allows for one extra mini box to be added. This messed up my network which I have now rectified. Would it be possible to return and have a refund. Please advise way forward.

You didn't purchase the box.  You paid an administrative fee which they may not refund.

 

Are you saying you have an older box that only supports one concurrent mini?
