My Sky Q mini box pixellates and sometimes a person will suddenly develop 2 heads for example, 1 looking like molten liquid. Had engineers out twice when I first got the box, which is a year ago and neither could find a problem. I've just put up with it. Can't remember if they replaced the box to see it that sorted problem?
