Do I need a dish

I have not had a signal for at least 2 weeks on my sky hd... went to cancel and found myself upgrading to sky q signature package.... I was assured I would be able to use it on WiFi right away as the engineer isn't scheduled until end of  march!! I'm a bit dubious!! Especially as they are going to fit a new dish!!!

hi @Christina1964

You do need a dish for SKY Q but you are able to use the SKY Go app to watch whilst waiting for your upgrade (although this needs a Tablet/PC/Mobile/Xbox to use)

Although you have already arranged to switch you may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

SKY +/HD to SKY Q
