Sky Q mini box not working

My SkyQ mini box says technical error on every channel. I have done a factory reset and it still wont work.

@Alison+Brumz  Have you done the following?

Unplug both mini & Main Q box

Plug in main Q box, allow to fully reboot, repeat process with Mini.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
