Sky Q box not connecting to internet

Our sky Q box is not connecting to the Internet. Never had a problem before now. Its  searching ok for the right one and finding finding it, but when we put the code in to try and reconnect its not recognising it. Everything else we have on the internet is working like mobiles and iPads so it's not the Internet. We have rebooted the SKY Q box but still not able to connect.

Hi @kanecal Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
