Sky Q mini box not working

My SkyQ mini box says technical error on every channel. I have done a factory reset and it still wont work.

@Alison+Brumz  Have you done the following?

Unplug both mini & Main Q box

Plug in main Q box, allow to fully reboot, repeat process with Mini.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have two mini boxes and they have both stopped working. I followed the advice and reset the main box then the mini box. It powered back up started working for a minute or two then went off again and states no network connection

Hi @Nelson21 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

Hi Thanks but I've tried rebooting both boxes on numerous occasions. I managed to get it working but dropped out again. We are on Fibre Broadband and everything else works on the WiFi

Hi, Thanks but I've tried rebooting both boxes on numerous occasions. Managed to get it working twice but both times it just dropped out again. We are on Fibre Broadband and everything else works on WiFi with no issues
