My Sky mini box has stopped working. There was no light on the front of the box even though it was plugged into the mains. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and had no response. So I tried pressing the reset button on the back of the box and the red light came on. I waited about five minutes before pressing the power button on the remote and when I did I had no response. The red light didn't change to either an amber or green light, Help wanted.
