Hi, had issues yesterday with connecting my work laptop to home WiFi. Spoke with sky on the phone, at this time the operator reset and also stated that she would "disable" something and that I may need to go onto My Sky account to "enable". Can you advise what it is I should do? Since the call (the issue with WiFi resolved) however, my sky Q mini box in bedroom isn't connected. Many thanks
