Three out of four sky q mini boxes are displaying "please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box" message when attempting to watch sky subscription channels. Other mini box and main box are fine. Spoke to Sky on Friday and said problem would resolve in 24 hours. It hasn't. I'd appreciate any help.

It is now more than 72hours since my issue was "escalated to the back office". Sadly the problem is unresolved and I ve heard nothing further from Sky. Any help will be much appreciated. @Mr+Flibbles+86
