@PaulMorgan1  That picture looks like it's a booster, not the actual hub (I'm sure one of my knowledgeable forum colleagues can confirm).

 

Where is the hub?  Why do you think it needs updating?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 indicates, that's a v1 Sky Broadband Booster, not a router.

 

If you are now using a Max Hub you'll need to request loan of a Max 'pod': that requires subscription to the WiFi Max service.
