Sky Q mini box keeps pausing mid programme. How do I get it fixed please

How do I get a new box as it keeps pausing mid programme and it feels like you have to press pause for it to catch up

@Tracey164 firstly try rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box
