I subscribed to Disney plus and paid for it but cannot log on,

I used the App to subscribe, money has been taken from my card, and I the next page is to log on to Disney plus, I enter my email address but it is not recognized as I have not had the prompt to log on!

looks like you haven't set up your Account correctly on the Disney plus Website .
